Screen printing is a branding process where your design is set onto a stencil or mesh screen where blank spaces are coated with an airtight substance. This stencil or mesh screen is then placed onto the product while a squeegee is used to push the ink through the screen where your artwork has been set.
Each screen made acts as a layer, allowing you layer print different aspects of your design until you’ve built the complete image of your artwork/logo.
The results are durable, long-lasting and have a high quality and professional finish.
This branding method is cost-effective and is great for large orders or a big and bold design, allowing for branding up to 6 colours.
Screen printing can be used to brand many different items, including:
- T-shirts
- Jackets
- Bodywarmers
- Hoodies
Please note: More colours lead to a higher cost as separate screens are required for each colour. Images can also turn out blurry so detailed designs or high-resolution photographs would not be advised for this technique.
